Step 3: Share Your Measurements
We will send you a measurement form and a step-by-step measurement tutorial (video + PDF). You can submit your measurements through the online form, attach a scanned/photographed measurement sheet, or send them via WhatsApp or email.
Step 4: Virtual Consultation (Video Call)
We’ll schedule a video call to review measurements and confirm design details. If possible, have a friend to assist and wear a fitted shirt and trousers during the call for best accuracy.
Step 5: Tailoring & Worldwide Delivery
After confirmation, our master tailors begin crafting your suit. Typical tailoring time is 2–8 days depending on fabric and complexity. We then pack and ship worldwide using trusted couriers.
Measurement Guide — Tools & Preparation
What you’ll need:
Flexible measuring tape (cm & inches)
A friend or family member to assist (recommended)
A notepad or digital device to record measurements
Wear fitted clothing (a fitted shirt & formal trousers) — avoid jeans or bulky clothes
Important tips before you measure:
Keep the measuring tape level and snug, not tight.
Stand naturally — don’t puff your chest or suck in your stomach.
Record measurements immediately and double-check each one.
If you prefer, you can send a well-fitted jacket or trousers as a sample.
Tailor Measurement Form — Fields & Instructions
Below is a ready-to-use measurement form you can paste into your website form or use as a submission checklist.
Note: Always specify whether you are submitting measurements in cm or inches. Our standard production uses cm.
Shoulder: Stand upright with shoulders relaxed. Have a helper measure straight across the back from shoulder tip to shoulder tip.
Sleeve: Start at the shoulder seam/edge, measure down to the wrist bone. Keep a slight bend at the elbow.
Chest (Full): Wrap tape around the fullest point under the arms. Keep tape level and allow a normal breath.
Front Chest / Back Chest: For accuracy, measure armpit-to-armpit across the front and shoulder-to-shoulder across the back.
Waist: Measure at the natural waist (above the belly button). Don’t suck in. Record actual size.
Hips / Low Hip: Feet together; measure around the largest part of hips/buttocks.
Thigh: Measure around the fullest part of the thigh, standing with weight evenly distributed.
Crotch: Measure from front waist, down between legs, to back waist. Ensure comfort allowance.
Pant Length: Measure from waistline to ankle hemline with shoes (or without) depending on desired finished length.
Neck & Cuff: Neck measured at base; cuffs measured at narrowest ankle area for trouser finish.
Measuring Different Body Shapes — How to Adjust
Shoulders
Average: Standard shoulder measurement. Keep tape straight.
Sloped/Drop: Note the slope; we’ll adjust shoulder pads and sleeve head accordingly.
Square: Square shoulders may need subtle sleeve head and armhole tweaks.
Chest
Muscular: Allow extra room for movement without compressing muscles.
Large Chest: Ensure jacket accommodates full chest without pulling.
Stomach / Waist
Normal, Medium, Large: Measure at the widest point for accuracy. For larger stomachs, we may recommend higher rise trousers and relaxed fronts.
Back
Curved or Large Back: We’ll adjust back pattern pieces to avoid pulling across the shoulder blades.
Tips for Best Results
Measure over a fitted garment or underwear.
Ask a helper to measure for more accuracy.
Measure twice and record both values.
If possible, send photos wearing a well-fitted jacket or shirt for reference.
If you’re unsure, choose the slightly larger measurement and we’ll recommend alterations after the first fitting if required.
